The City Council of the City of Monterey Park held a Special Community Meeting of the Council at Ynez Elementary School Auditorium located at 120 S. Ynez Ave., Monterey Park CA, 91754 on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.
1. Call to Order
City Manager Alvarez called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
