The City Council of the City of Monterey Park held a Special Community Meeting of the Council at Shinano Restaurant located at 1106 S. Atlantic Blvd., Monterey Park, CA, 91754 on Tuesday December 16, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
1. Call to Order
City Manager Alvarez called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
