Consider Resolution Amending the Residential and Commercial Solid Waste Collection Maximum Rates by 5%, Effective January 1, 2026, as Proposed by G.I. Industries, Subject to the “Most Favored City” Rate Cap for Certain Services, and Making a Determination of Exemption under the California Environmental Quality Act. Staff Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2025-4358, adopting the Solid Waste Collection Maximum Rates to be effective January 1, 2026, and superseding Resolution No. 2024-4283.
