NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Transportation and Public Works Standing Committee is hereby called to be held on Monday, October 12, 2026, commencing at 5:45 p.m. Said meeting will be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at Moorpark City Hall, 323 Science Drive, Moorpark California.

Consider and Provide Input on Proposed Parking Restrictions on the Southeast Corner of Flinn Avenue, Beginning at the Spring Road Traffic Signal Purpose: Discuss a proposal to install red curb markings along the southeast corner of Flinn Avenue, beginning at the Spring Road traffic signal and extending approximately 300 feet.
