CALL TO ORDER
The special meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Steve Woehleke.

Councilmembers present: Mayor Steve Woehleke, Vice Mayor Renata Sos and Councilmembers Mike McCluer and Teresa Onoda
Councilmembers absent: Councilmembers Sona Makker

There were no comments from the public.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Public Employee Performance Evaluation Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 Title: Town Attorney for Town of Moraga
4. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Woehleke advised that the report out from Closed Session would be made at the beginning of the special Town Council meeting beginning at 6:30 this evening.
5. ADJOURNMENT
ACTION: It was M/S to adjourn the meeting at 6:25 p.m. Vote: 5-0.
