The special meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Steve Woehleke.

Councilmembers present: Mayor Steve Woehleke, Vice Mayor Renata Sos and Councilmembers Mike McCluer and Teresa Onoda
Councilmembers absent: Councilmember Sona Makker

3. ADOPTION OF MEETING AGENDA
ACTION: It was M/S (McCluer/Onoda) to adopt the meeting agenda. Vote: 4-0-1. Absent:

ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS AND REQUESTS FOR ACTION
A. Interview of Applicants for the Planning Commission
The Town Council interviewed David Gould and Alexis Mapel for the Planning Commission.
B. Selection and Appointment of Applicant to the Planning Commission The Town Council discussed their selections and appointed Alexis Mapel to the Planning Commission to serve the remainder of a two-year term of office until March 2023.
ACTION: It was M/S (Sos/McCluer) to appoint Alexis Mapel to the Planning Commission to serve the remainder of a two-year term of office until March 2023. Vote: 4-0-1. Absent:
Makker
5. ADJOURNMENT
