The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Sos.

Councilmembers present: Mayor Renata Sos and Vice Mayor Teresa Onoda, Councilmembers: Kerry Hillis, David Shapiro, and Steve Woehleke Councilmembers absent: None

There were no comments from the public.
ADOPTION OF MEETING AGENDA
There were no comments from the public.
Motion and second, Woehleke and Onoda, to adopt Meeting Agenda, passed unanimously.
4. ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS AND REQUESTS FOR ACTION
A. Interview of Applicants for the Audit and Finance Committee, Park and Recreation Commission and Planning Commission
The Town Council interviewed all the new applicants.
B. Selection, Appointment and Reappointment of Applicants to the Art in Public Spaces Committee, Audit and Finance Committee, Local Sales Tax Oversight Committee, Park and Recreation Commission and Planning Commission
The Town Council discussed their recommendations to appoint the new applicants and reappoint the incumbent members (I) for the terms of office respective to their Commission/Committee:
Audit and Finance Committee (Three-year term ending March 1, 2026)
