CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Sos.
ROLL CALL
Councilmembers present: Mayor Renata Sos and Vice Mayor Teresa Onoda, and Councilmember Steve Woehleke
Councilmembers absent: Councilmembers Kerry Hillis and David Shapiro
2. PUBLIC COMMENTS AND SUGGESTIONS
There were no comments from the public.
ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS AND REQUESTS FOR ACTION
A. Interview and Consideration of Applicants for the Local Sales Tax Oversight Committee, Parks and Recreation Commission, and Contra Costa Transportation Authority Citizens Advisory Committee
The Town Council interviewed all the applicants.
B. Selection and Appointment of Applicants to the Local Sales Tax Oversight Committee, Parks and Recreation Commission, and Contra Costa Transportation Authority Citizens Advisory Committee
The Town Council discussed their recommendations to appoint the following applicants for the terms of office respective to their Committee:
Local Sales Tax Oversight Committee (Three-year term ending March 1, 2026)
1. Rachel Graham
Contra Costa Transit Authority Citizens Advisory Committee (Four-year term ending March 22, 2027)

Town Council Special Meeting 1 March 22, 2023
Motion and second, Onoda and Woehleke, to appoint the applicants for the terms of office respective to their Committee, passed 3-0-2 with Councilmembers Hillis and Shapiro The Town Council discussed their recommendation to appoint the following applicant to Parks and Recreation Commission:
Parks and Recreation Commission (Two-year term ending March 1, 2025)
1. Brittany Hillard
Motion and second, Woehleke and Sos, to appoint Brittany Hilliard for a two-year term of office, passed 3-0-2 with Councilmembers Hillis and Shapiro absent.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Sos adjourned the meeting at 6:16 p.m.
