CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Vice Mayor Onoda.

Councilmembers present: Vice Mayor Teresa Onoda, Councilmembers Kerry Hillis, David Shapiro, and Steve Woehleke
Councilmembers absent: Mayor Renata Sos
2. PUBLIC COMMENTS AND SUGGESTIONS
There were no comments from the public.
3. ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS AND REQUESTS FOR ACTION
A. Interview and Consideration of Applicants for the Local Sales Tax Oversight Committee The Town Council interviewed all the applicants.
B. Selection and Appointment of Applicants to the Local Sales Tax Oversight Committee The Town Council discussed their recommendations to appoint the following applicant for the terms of office respective to their Committee:
Local Sales Tax Oversight Committee (Three-year term ending March 1, 2026)
1. Spencer Schilling
Motion and second, Woehleke and Hillis, to appoint Spencer Schilling for a three-year term of office to the Local Sales Tax Oversight Committee expiring March 1, 2026, passed 4-0-1 with Mayor Sos absent.
