The following are minutes of the actions taken by the Town of Moraga Town Council.

1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting was called to order at 3:10 p.m. by Mayor Sos.
ROLL CALL
Councilmembers present: Mayor Renata Sos, Vice Mayor Teresa Onoda, Councilmembers Kerry Hillis, David Shapiro, and Steve Woehleke Councilmembers absent: None
Staff present: Town Manager Scott Mitnick, Town Attorney Michelle Kenyon Facilitator: Amy Worth
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
WORKSHOP/STUDY SESSION - Town Council and Town Manager Relations The Council discussed the roles and responsibilities of the Town Council and Town Manager, communication between Council Members and Town Staff, Council Member conduct and operating norms, and a commitment to working together for the benefit of the Town as a whole.
Council also discussed role of the Town Attorney. The Council formed an ad hoc committee to bring forward recommendations for revisions to the Town Council Protocols and/or the Moraga Municipal Code that conform with the Council's discussion. The Ad Hoc Committee consists of Council Member Steve Woehleke and Mayor Renata Sos.
