A. Art in Public Spaces Candidate Interview
Interview and consider applicant, Darlene Bennett for appointment to an open seat replacing one voting Community member on the Art in Public Spaces Committee for a three-year term of office.
B. Revised Town Council Meeting Start Time
Waive the first reading and introduce, by title only, an Ordinance amending Section 2.04.010 – “Time of Regular Meetings” of Title 2 “Administration and Personnel” of the Moraga Municipal Code to:
1. Change the start time of Regular Town Council meetings from 6:30 PM to 6:00 PM; and
2. Find Ordinance is exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines sections 15061(b)(3) and 15378(b)(5).

COMMISSION STUDY SESSION
NOTICE: If you challenge a Town's zoning, planning, or other decision in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Town Council at, or prior to, the public hearing. Judging review of any Town administrative decision may be had only if petition is filed with the court not later than the 90th day following the date upon which the decision becomes final.
Judicial review of environment determination may be subject to a shorter time period for litigation, in certain cases 30 days following the date of final decision. The Town of Moraga will provide special assistance for disabled citizens upon at least 72 hours advance notice to the Town Manager's office (925-888-7021). If sign assistance is needed or written material printed in a larger font or taped, advance notice is necessary. All meeting rooms are accessible to the disabled.
