1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor, Teresa Onoda.
ROLL CALL
Councilmembers present: Mayor, Teresa Onoda, Vice Mayor Steve Woehleke Kerry Hillis and Renata Sos
Councilmembers absent: Councilmember David Shapiro
2. PUBLIC COMMUNICATION
Time reserved for those in the audience who wish to address the Town Council on items) on this agenda.
There were no public comments.
3. SPECIAL MEETING
A. Adopt a resolution appointing Brian Dolan, Lisa Maglio, and Graham Thiel to fill three Councilmember seats and cancel the November 5, 2024 Moraga Town Council election.
Town Manager, Scott Mitnick and Assistant Town Attorney, Denise Bazzano presented the item.
Councilmembers provided comments.
ACTION:
Motion: Sos / Second: Woehleke
Adopted a resolution appointing Brian Dolan, Lisa Maglio, and Graham Thiel to fill three Councilmember seats and cancel the November 5, 2024 Moraga Town Council election.
Vote: (4-0-1): Shapiro was absent
Mayor called for public comment.
Newly appointed Councilmembers, Lisa Maglio and Graham Thiel provided comment.
Town Manager provided follow up information.
