1. CALL TO ORDER
The special meeting was called to order at 8:30 p.m. by Mayor Teresa Onoda.
2. ROLL CALL:
Town Council: Mayor Onoda and Vice Mayor Woehleke,
Councilmembers: Hillis, Shapiro and Sos
Councilmembers present: Mayor Teresa Onoda, Vice Mayor Steve Woehleke and Councilmembers Kerry Hillis and Renata Sos
Councilmembers absent: David Shapiro
3. PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS
Time reserved for those in the audience who wish to address the Town Council and Planning Commission on items) on this agenda.
There were no comments from the public.
4. SPECIAL MEETING - STUDY SESSION
A. Draft General Plan 2040 Transportation Policies
Review Proposed General Plan 2040 Transportation Element Goals and Policies, and provide feedback to staff.
CEQA: The Final Environmental Impact Report for the Comprehensive Advanced Planning Initiative was certified by Town Council on January 25, 2023 - State Clearinghouse No 2022020106. CEQA analysis for Phase I/ will be conducted as part of the Phase II scope of work
Staff members, Shawn Knapp and Afshan Hamid, and Consultant, Barry Miller presented the item.
Council received the report, asked clarifying questions and provided comments.

5. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Onoda adjourned the meeting at 9:14 p.m.
