6.1 Receive Accounts Payable Claims for: July 11, 2024 – July 25, 2024 ($1,296,167.21) and August 8, 2024 – 8/22/2024

6.2 Waive the Second Reading and Adopt an Ordinance amending The Moraga Center Specific Plan R-6 Multi-Family Residential District zoning in an effort to facilitate housing production.
CEQA: The Municipal Code Amendments are exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code Section 21000, et seq.) (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15378.)
6.3 Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Town Manager, Police Chief, Public Works Director/Town Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Administrative Services Director to serve as agents on the Town’s behalf in working with State and Federal agencies regarding postdisaster financial assistance under the Natural Disaster Assistance Act.
6.4 Adopt a Resolution updating the Town of Moraga’s Conflict of Interest Code for the Biennial Update and to add Art in Public Spaces Committee to the List of Designated Positions.
