1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting was called to order at 3:00 p.m. by Mayor, Steve Woehleke.
ROLL CALL
Councilmembers present: Mayor, Steve Woehleke, Vice Mayor Kerry Hillis Brian Dolan, Lisa Maglio and Graham Thiel
Councilmembers absent: Vice Mayor Hillis, Councilmember Thiel
2. PUBLIC COMMUNICATION
There were no public comments.
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
A. Consideration of Consent Items Removed for Discussion B. Acceptance of Consent Items
ACTION:
Motion: Maglio / Second: Dolan
Approve Consent Calendar.
Vote: (3-0-2): Hillis and Thiel were absent
Town Manager, Mitnick made a comment emphasizing the need for a partnership between the newly appointed Saint Mary's College Council liaisons and the college.
Mayor Woehleke emphasized that the newly appointed liaisons should take the lead.
3.1 Adopt the list of the 2025 Town Council Committee Appointments discussed at the January 15, 2025 Special Town Council meeting.
