1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting was called to order at 5:36 PM by Mayor, Steve Woehleke.

Councilmembers absent: Vice Mayor Kerry Hillis

5. ADOPTION OF MEETING AGENDA

6. CONSENT CALENDAR
a. Consideration of Consent Items Removed for Discussion No items were pulled for discussion.
b. Acceptance of Consent Items

Adoption of the Consent Calendar as shown.

Approval of Minutes for the March 26, 2025 Regular meeting of the Moraga Town Council.
6.2 Adopt a Resolution:
1. Accepting the Commons Park Restroom Replacement Project (CIP 21-301) as completed by McNabb Construction (Lafayette, CA);
2. Authorizing the Town Manager to execute the Certificate of Completion; and
3. Authorizing the Town Engineer to file the Resolution of Acceptance and Certificate of Completion with the Contra Costa County Recorder.
6.3 Adopt a Resolution:
1. Authorizing the Town Manager to purchase a new 2025 Chevrolet 1500 Crew Cab 4x4 pickup (pursuit rated) police vehicle for $63,055. 13 from Winner Chevrolet in Sacramento pursuant to the Town of Moraga Purchasing Policy, and
2. Appropriating $85,000 in the Public Safety Impact Fee Fund for the purchase and outfitting of the new vehicle.
7. ANNOUNCEMENTS AND REPORTS ON ACTIVITIES
Council member Reports on AB1234 Activities, Council member Announcements Councilmember Dolan attended the RecycleSmart Finance Committee meeting. The RecycleSmart Bocce Ball tournament is now going to be a Corn Hole competition on June 26, Councilmember Thiel attended the monthly Contra Costa Mayor's Conference. Attended SMC vs. UCLA rugby match.
Councilmember Maglio also attended the attended SMC vs. UCLA rugby match.
Councilmember Maglio attended the RecycleSmart Ad Hoc franchise selection committee and the Lamorinda School Bus Authority Board meeting..
Mayor Woehleke attended a lunch engagement with the SMC President, Dr. Roger Thompson and the Town Manager, Scott Mitnick. The Mayor also attended the Mayor's conference along with Councilmember Thiel.
Town Manager Mitnick provided SMC rugby statistics and announced future matches.

9. DEPARTMENT REPORTS
A. Townwide Street Management Program Update
Review and provide input on the proposed Townwide Street Management Program.
Public Works Director, Shawn Knapp presented the item.
Council asked clarifying questions.
Council and the Town Manager provided final comments.
There were no public comments and there was no Council action required.
10. COUNCILMEMBER REQUESTS FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
Brief presentation/discussion regarding Council attendance at the Moraga Farmers Market.
