1. CALL TO ORDER
The special closed session meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m. by Mayor, Steve Woehleke.

Councilmembers present: Mayor, Steve Woehleke, Vice Mayor Kerry Hillis Brian Dolan, Lisa Maglio and Graham Thiel
Councilmembers absent: None.

There were no public comments.
3. SPECIAL MEETING - CLOSED SESSION
A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6
• Agency Designated Representative: Scott Mitnick, Town Manager, Katie Bruner, Administrative Services Director
• Employee Organizations: Department Heads, Mid-Management/ Professionals, Moraga Employees' Association, Moraga Police Officers' Association There were no reportable actions.
9. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Woehleke adjourned the Town Council special closed session meeting at 5:17 PM.
