1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor, Steve Woehleke.
ROLL CALL
Councilmembers present: Mayor, Steve Woehleke, Vice Mayor Kerry Hillis Brian Dolan, Lisa Maglio and Graham Thiel
Councilmembers absent: None.
2. PUBLIC COMMUNICATION
There were no public comments.
4. CONSENT CALENDAR
A. Consideration of Consent Items Removed for Discussion B. Acceptance of Consent Items
ACTION:
Motion: Hillis / Second: Maglio
Approve Consent Calendar.
Vote: (5-0)
4.1 Adopt two Resolutions:
1. Approving the Memoranda of Understanding between the Town of Moraga and the Moraga Employees Association effective July 9, 2025 through June 30, 2028; and
2. Approving the Town of Moraga Salary Schedule effective June 29, 2025.

5. INFORMATIONAL ITEMS
A. Senate Environmental Quality Committee - Vice Mayor Hillis Testimony Vice Mayor Hillis provided an overview of AB 66 and its voting trajectory.
6. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Woehleke adjourned the Town Council meeting at 5:35 PM.
