PURSUANT TO THE BROWN ACT, PUBLIC COMMENTS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ONLY THOSE ITEMS ON THIS STUDY SESSION AGENDA.
Each person shall be allowed a total of three minutes to comment on each item on this Study Session agenda. The Mayor may, however reduce the total amount of time fo r all speakers to comment on any given item if there are numerous persons requesting to comment on the same item that may hinder the City Council’s ability to complete its business. If a total time limit is placed on public comments for any given item, each person shall be provided with same amount of time to comment.
