CALL TO ORDER
The Joint Meeting of the City Council, Community Services District, City as Successor Agency for the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moreno Valley, Moreno Valley Housing Authority , Moreno Valley Public Financing Authority and the Board of Library Trustees was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Cabrera in the Council Chamber located at 14177 Frederick Street.
Mayor Cabrera announced that the City Council receives a separate s tipend for CSD meetings.

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Cabrera.

Staff report presented by Public Works Director Melissa Walker.
At t he conclusion of the staff report, Mayor Cabrera opened the floor for Council questions of staff.
City Council asked questions of staff.
Public Works D irector Melissa Walker, Assistant City Manager Michael Lloyd, and Assistant City Manager Brian Mohan responded to all questions asked by the City Council.
At the conclusion of Council questions for staff, Mayor Cabrera moved on to the next item on the agenda.
A.2. MORENO VALLEY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION PRESENTATION (Report of: Financial & Management Services)
Staff Report provided by Assistant City Manager Brian Mohan.
At the conclusion of the staff report, Mayor Cabrera opened the floor for Council questions of staff.
*Council Member Barnard left the dais at 6:30pm and returned at 6:37pm.
City Council asked questions of staff.
Assistant City Manager Brian Mohan responded to all of Council's inquiries.
With no additional questions, Mayor Cabrera adjourned the meeting at at 6:41pm. -3-
