CALL TO ORDER
The Closed Session of the City Council of the City of Moreno Valley, Moreno Valley Community Services District, City as Successor Agency for the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moreno Valley, Housing Authority, and the Moreno Valley Public Financing Authority was called to order at 4:00 p.m. by Mayor Cabrera in the Council Chamber located at 14177 Frederick Street, Moreno Valley, California.
Mayor Cabrera announced that the City Council receives a separate stipend for CSD meetings.

Mayor Cabrera opened the public comments portion of the meeting for items listed on the agenda only. There being no members of the public to come forward to speak, he closed the public comments.
CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Steven Quintanilla announced that the City Council would recess to Closed Session to discuss the items as listed on the agenda and that he cannot predict if there is going to be a post Closed Session announcement.

Mayor Cabrera recessed the City Council to the City Manager's Conference Room, second floor, City Hall, for their Closed Session at 4:02 p.m.
Mayor Cabrera reconvened the City Council in the Council Chamber from their Closed Session at 5:31 p.m.
REPORT OF ACTION FROM CLOSED SESSION, IF ANY, BY CITY ATTORNEY City Clerk Jane Halstead announced that Council Member Barnard arrived to Closed Session at 4:05pm.
City Attorney Steven Quintanilla reported that in respect to item B on the Closed Session agenda, the City Council voted 3-2 (Mayor Cabrera, Council Member Marquez, and Council Member Barnard voting yes with Mayor Pro Tem Delgado and Council Member Baca-Santa Cruz voting no) to assume jurisdiction over Beyond Food Mart, which is scheduled for Public Hearing tonight as item F.2 on the regular session agenda. City Attorney Steven Quintanilla stated with the Council voting 3-2 to assume jurisdiction over Beyond Food Mart, the scheduled Public Hearing will be heard during the regular session the City Council meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council, Mayor Cabrera adjourned the meeting at 5:32 p.m.
