PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Section 54955 of the California Government Code, the April 16, 2024, Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Moreno Valley, Special Presentations, and Closed Session was adjourned by the City Clerk to May 7, 2024, at 6:00 pm at the Council Chamber, located at 14177 Fredrick Street, due to lack of a quorum.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the following public hearings have been continued to May 7, 2024, at 6:00 pm or soon thereafter at the Council Chamber, located at 14177 Fredrick Street, due to lack of a quorum.

J2. PEN24-0036 - ORDINANCE REVISING TEMPORARY SIGN REGULATIONS SET FORTH IN TITLE 9 (PLANNING & ZONING) OF THE MORENO VALLEY
MUNICIPAL CODE
At least 24 hours after the time of adjournment, a copy of this Notice and attached agenda was posted on the door to the City Council Chamber at Moreno Valley City Hall located at 14177 Fredrick Street, on the City of Moreno Valley’s website at www.moval.org.
Pursuant to Section 54955 of the California Government Code, the Adjourned Regular Meeting shall be treated as a Regular Meeting of the City Council for all purposes.
This Notice and the attached Agenda will also be provided to the City Council at least 24 hours prior to the Adjourned Regular Meeting and to any members of the public and media who have requested in writing notice of City Council meeting agendas. This Notice shall also be posted at least 24 hours prior to the Adjourned Regular Meeting in a location that is freely accessible to members of the public.
