Pursuant to Section 16 of the franchise agreement, WM respectfully requests an adjustment of trash and recycling/processing rates to be effective July 1, 2024.
Attached for your review, is the Solid Waste and Recycling Rates that reflects the 2024-2025 rate adjustment along with the supporting Rate Adjustment Percentage Calculation data.
