PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Section 54955 of the California Government Code, the June 18, 2024, Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Moreno Valley, was adjourned by the City Clerk to June 25, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Council Chamber, located at 14177 Fredrick Street, due to lack of a quorum.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the following public hearing has been continued to June 25, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter at the Council Chamber, located at 14177 Fredrick Street, due to lack of a quorum.

NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM REGULATORY RATE SCHEDULE FOR FY 2024-2025 (REPORT OF: PUBLIC WORKS) At least 24 hours after the time of adjournment, a copy of this Notice and the June 18, 2024, agendas were posted on the door to the City Council Chamber at Moreno Valley City Hall located at 14177 Fredrick Street, on the City of Moreno Valley's website at www.moval.org.
Pursuant to Section 54955 of the California Government Code, the Adjourned Regular Meeting shall be treated as a Regular Meeting of the City Council for all purposes.
At least 24 hours prior to the Adjourned Regular Meeting, the Adjourned Meeting Agendas will be provided to the City Council and to any members of the public and media who have requested in writing notice of City Council meeting agendas. This Notice shall also be posted at least 24 hours prior to the Adjourned Regular Meeting in a location that is freely accessible to members of the public.
