DISCUSSION
The City of Moreno Valley’s continuous growth necessitates establishing and promoting Transportation Demand Management (TDM) strategies to enhance the efficiency of the City’s transportation system. TDM aims to provide insights into how residents make transportation decisions and can help the City create transportation alternatives that improve how residents move around the City . TDM will enable the City to develop a strategic plan to implement and encourage resident travel choices such as ridesharing, bike-sharing, walking, public transportation, or telecommuting. This can lead to a more efficient, balanced, and cost -effective transportation system benefit ing all residents, particularly those living in disadvantaged communities.
