RESOLUTION NO. 2024-____
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MORENO
VALLEY, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING PORTIONS OF OVERLOOK
CIRCLE, SPECIFICALLY, LOTS B, C, D, AND F OF PARCEL MAP 10104
FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES AND AS PART OF THE CITY
MAINTAINED SYSTEM
WHEREAS, an Offer of Dedication to public use for street and public utility purposes was made on Parcel Map 10104, but was not accepted at the time of Map recordation; and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary to accept the offer of dedication for public utility purposes over Lots B, C, D, and F of Parcel Map 10104, more particularly described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and made a part hereof, in order to fa cilitate the installation and maintenance of public utilities; and
WHEREAS, the above described property will be part of the city maintained system.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MORENO VALLEY, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. An offer of dedication on Lots B, C, D, and F of Parcel Map 10104 are hereby accepted for public utility purposes and as part of the city maintained system.
2. The City Clerk shall certify to the acceptance of said property and cause said certification to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Riverside together with this Resolution.
