A. CALL TO ORDER
The Closed Session of the City Council of the City of Moreno Valley, Moreno Valley Community Services District, City as Successor Agency for the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moreno Valley, Housing Authority, Moreno Valley Public Financing Corporation, Moreno Valley Public Financing Authority, Board of Library Trustees, and the Moreno Valley Community Foundation Board of Directors was called to order at 4:03 p.m. by Councilmember Delgado in the Council Chamber located at 14177 Frederick Street, Moreno Valley, California. *Councilmember Delgado announced that the City Council receives a separate stipend for CSD meetings.

City Representative(s): Steven B. Quintanilla, City Attorney Unrepresented Employee: Brian Mohan, City Manager Position Councilmember Delgado recessed the City Council to the Training Room, second floor, City Hall, for their Closed Session at 4:07 pm.
Mayor Cabrera reconvened the City Council in the Council Chamber from their Closed Session at 5:29 pm.
E. REPORT OF ACTION FROM CLOSED SESSION, IF ANY, BY CITY
ATTORNEY
3 City Attorney Steven Quintanilla announced that there was no reportable action taken in Closed Session. (For action regarding D.2, please see the vote that occurred in Open Session).
F. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council, Mayor Cabrera adjourned the meeting at 5:30 pm.
