or good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which are acknowledged, the City of Moreno Valley, a California municipal corporation (the “City”), does hereby release, abandon, and forever quitclaim to D.R. Horton Los Angeles Holding Company, Inc., a California corporation (“Grantee”) the City’s interest in the pedestrian and vehicular abutter’s access rights along Alessandro Boulevard for the westerly 80.16 feet of Lot Z of Tract 38236, in the City of Moreno Valley, County of Riverside, State of California, which were previously released and relinquished by the developer and accepted by the City , as recorded in Map Book 493, Pages 29-50, in the Office of the County Recorder of Riverside County.
