A. CALL TO ORDER
The Joint Study Session of the City Council, Community Services District, City as Successor Agency for the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moreno Valley, Moreno Valley Housing Authority, Moreno Valley Public Financing Corporation, Moreno Valley Public Financing Authority, the Board of Library Trustees, and the Moreno Valley Community Foundation Board of Directors was called to order at 6:02 pm by Mayor Pro Tem Baca-Santa Cruz in the Council Chamber located at 14177 Frederick Street.
Mayor Pro Tem Baca-Santa Cruz announced that the City Council receives a separate stipend for CSD meetings.

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilmember Gonzalez.

PROJECTS IN MORENO VALLEY
The presentation was provided by EMWD General Manager Joe Mouawad and Senior Director of Engineering Shaun Stone.
At the conclusion of the presentation, Mayor Pro Tem Baca-Santa Cruz called for Council questions.
Councilmember Delgado, Councilmember Barnard, Councilmember Gonzalez, and Mayor Pro Tem Baca-Santa Cruz asked questions of
3 General Manager Joe Mouawad and Senior Director of Engineering Shaun Stone.
EMWD General Manager Joe Mouawad and Senior Director of Engineering Shaun Stone responded to Council's inquiries.
With the conclusion of Council questions, Mayor Pro Tem Baca-Santa Cruz thanked EMWD General Manager Joe Mouawad and Senior Director of Engineering Shaun Stone for their presentation.

The presentation was provided by City Attorney Steven Quintanilla.
Councilmember Delgado left the dais at 7:18 pm.
Councilmember Delgado returned to the dais at 7:21 pm.
At the conclusion of the presentation, Mayor Pro Tem Baca-Santa Cruz called for Council questions.
The City Council had no questions for City Attorney Steven Quintanilla.
Councilmember Delgado and Councilmember Gonzalez thanked City Attorney Steven Quintanilla for the presentation.

There being no further business to come to the Study Session, Mayor Pro Tem Baca Santa-Cruz adjourned the meeting at 7:41 pm.
