A. CALL TO ORDER
The Joint Study Session of the City Council, Community Services District, City as Successor Agency for the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moreno Valley, Moreno Valley Housing Authority, Moreno Valley Public Financing Corporation, Moreno Valley Public Financing Authority, the Board of Library Trustees, and the Moreno Valley Community Foundation Board of Directors was called to order at 6:02 pm by Mayor Cabrera in the Council Chamber located at 14177 Frederick Street.
Mayor Cabrera announced that the City Council receives a separate stipend for CSD meetings.
B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilmember Gonzalez.

F.1 CITY OF MORENO VALLEY DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
Mayor Cabrera introduced Chief Financial Officer, Dena Heald.
Chief Financial Officer Dena Heald announced the order of the department presentations and introduced City Clerk Patty Rodriguez for her department overview of the City Clerk's Office.
With the conclusion of the City Clerk’s presentation, Chief Financial Officer thanked City Clerk Patty Rodriguez and introduced herself as the presenter for the department overview for Finance and Management Services.
With the conclusion of Finance's presentation, Chief Financial Officer introduced Human Resources Director Robert Cardenas as the presenter for the department overview for Human Resources.
With the conclusion of Human Resource's presentation, Chief Financial Officer introduced Parks and Community Services Director Jeremy
3 Bubnick as the presenter for the department overview for Parks and Community Services.
With the conclusion of the Parks and Community Service's presentation, Chief Financial Officer introduced City Attorney Steven Quintanilla as the presenter for the department overview for the City Attorney's Office.
With the conclusion of the department presentations, Mayor Cabrera called for public comments to be heard.

Mayor Cabrera asked questions of staff.
Chief Financial Officer Dena Heald and Parks and Community Services Director Jeremy Bubnick responded to Mayor Cabrera's inquiries.
Mayor Cabrera, Mayor Pro Tem Baca-Santa Cruz, Councilmember Delgado, Councilmember Gonzalez, and Councilmember Barnard thanked staff for their presentations.
With no further business to come before the Study Session, Mayor Cabrera adjourned the meeting.
