A. CALL TO ORDER
The Joint Study Session of the City Council, Community Services District, City as Successor Agency for the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moreno Valley, Moreno Valley Housing Authority, Moreno Valley Public Financing Corporation, Moreno Valley Public Financing Authority, the Board of Library Trustees, and the Moreno Valley Community Foundation Board of Directors was called to order at 6:03 pm by Mayor Cabrera in the Council Chamber located at 14177 Frederick Street.
Mayor Cabrera announced that the City Council receives a separate stipend for CSD meetings.

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilmember Delgado.

F.1 CITY OF MORENO VALLEY DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
Mayor Cabrera announced the departments that will be providing their department overviews.
Brian Mohan introduced the first presentation, the City Manager's presentation, presented by himself.
3 With the conclusion of the presentation, Mayor Cabrera thanked City Manager Brian Mohan and provided comments on the presentation.
Brian Mohan introduced Community Development Director Angelica Frausto-Lupo as the presenter for Community Development.
With the conclusion of the report, Mayor Cabrera opened the floor to Council questions and comments.
Councilmember Delgado, Mayor Pro Tem Baca-Santa Cruz, and Mayor Cabrera provided comments and questions on the presentation.
Community Development Director Angelica Frausto-Lupo and City Manager Brian Mohan responded to Council's inquiries.
With the conclusion of Council comments and questions, Mayor Cabrera called for the next presentation to be heard.
Brian Mohan introduced Acting Economic and Development/Housing Director Keith Gemmell as the presenter for the Economic and Development/Housing.
With the conclusion of the report, Mayor Cabrera called for Council questions and comments.
Councilmember Delgado, Mayor Pro Tem Baca-Santa Cruz,
Councilmember Barnard, and Mayor Cabrera provided comments and questions for staff.
Acting Economic Development/Housing Director Keith Gemmell and City Manager responded to Council's inquiry.
Mayor Cabrera called for Council recess at 7:13pm.
The City Council meeting resumed at 7:21pm.
Mayor Cabrera called for the next presentation to be heard.
Brian Mohan introduced Public Works Director Melissa Walker as the next presenter for the Public Works presentation.
With the conclusion of the presentation, Mayor Cabrera called for Council comments and questions.

4 With the conclusion of the presentation, City Manager Brian Mohan introduced Chief Sarah Mack as the presenter for the Moreno Valley Sheriff's presentation.
Chief of Police Sarah Mack provided the presentation.
With the conclusion of the presentation, Mayor Cabrera called for Council questions and comments.
Councilmember Delgado and Mayor Pro Tem Baca-Santa Cruz provided comments and questions on the presentation.
Chief of Police Sarah Mack responded to Council's inquiries.
With the conclusion of the presentation, Mayor Cabrera called for the next presentation to be heard.
City Manager Brian Mohan introduced Chief Jesse Park as the presenter for Moreno Valley Fire.
Councilmember Delgado, Councilmember Gonzalez, Mayor Pro Tem Baca-Santa Cruz, and Mayor Cabrera asked questions and provided comments on the item.
Fire Chief Jesse Park and City Manager Brian Mohan responded to Council's inquiries.
City Manager Brian Mohan provided additional comments thanking the City Council.
G. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Study Session, Mayor Cabrera adjourned the meeting at 7:56 pm.
