Why do you wish to serve on this Board and/or Commission? Our city is a growing city. When I moved here / was not aware of the possibilities of Moreno Valley, however, being in Real Estate, I understand the importance of economic and community growth of a city and the healthiness behind it. I would love to be a part of ensure the rules are followed and the city is approving opportunites to help it become stronger.

Center for California Real Estate (CCRE)/Davenport Institute Local Government Workshop (Pepperdine University and the California Assciation of REALTORS®), 2022 President Inland Valley Assiciation of REALTORS®, 2025 Housing Opportunity Chair for the National Assciation of REALTORS® and Director for the California (9 yrs). and National Assication of REALTORS® (4 yrs) Explain briefly your understanding of what this Board and/or Commission does, including its powers and limitations.
My understanding that we make decisions based on zoining and not personal. We make recommendations based not approvals then it goes to city council for final approval.
What do you hope to accomplish by your participation?
My goal is to get involved with the city and understand all that I'm able to from new businesses to new housing. How this will affect economic growth. In my field, this is important and it's not personal, I want to do what's best for the city.
