THE PLANNING COMMISSION REVEWS INDIVIDUAL AND CORPORATE BUILDING PROJECTS FOR COMPLIANCE WITH STATE/CITY CODES AND APPROVES OR DISAPPROVES THOSE PROJECTS BASED UPON PUBLIC, FELLOW COMMISSION AND STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS.
