Why do you wish to serve on this Board and/or Commission? I would like to leverage my many years of experence in Planning, Building & Safety, Transportation, Environmental Health, Fire, Flood Control and many more departments which affect the day-day approvals of new projects coming into our city.
List any education, training, or special skills, you have which may be relevant or of particular benefit to this Board and/or Commission:
Chief of Staff / Director of Land Development for County of Riverside. Oversaw all aspects of TMA, Flood Control, EPD, MSHCP, RCRCA, RCTC and many more. Worked with developers such as a Trammell Crow (General Hospital), ProLogis, Hillwood, LNR (Lewis Homes) Pulte homes, KB Homes and many more.
Explain briefly your understanding of what this Board and/or Commission does, including its powers and limitations.
Commission is responsible for the approval of applications related to land use, developement as well as ordinances which would be approved by the PC Board, and moved to City Council that would ultimaltey be implemented within the City.
What do you hope to accomplish by your participation?
Allow my many years of knowledge in the development industry, and living in the city to help shape our city both for businesses and residents as our city continues to grow now and into the future.
