CITY SUMMER MEETING SCHEDULE

PURPOSE: It is the purpose of this policy to establish guidelines regarding the summer meeting schedule for Council meetings including Council Subcommittee meetings.
DEFINITION: Guidelines Regarding the Summer Meeting Schedule for Council Meetings including Council Subcommittee Meetings.
POLICY: Council shall be at summer recess during the months of July through mid- August as described below, in which, these meetings will be canceled by the City Clerk on an annual basis.
Both Regular Council Meetings in July
The First Regular Council Meeting in August
Both Study Session Meetings in July and August
Includes all Council Subcommittee Meetings in July.
