TITLE SUMMARY: UTILITES COMMISSION ANNUAL REPORT
SUMMARY
The Utility Commission advises and makes recommendations to the City Council on matters related to the Moreno Valley Electric Utility, including but not limited to, any issues regarding rates, customer service, infrastructure, and capital improvements, as may be requested or directed by the City Council or staff liaison.
COMPOSITION
The following persons serve as voting members:

2. Stephen Lafond, District 3, 9/20/2022 – 6/30/25
