NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Moreno Valley and affiliated Legislative Bodies is hereby called to be held on Thursday, August 21, 2025, commencing at 8:00 am in the City Council Chamber located at 14177 Frederick Street, Moreno Valley, CA, which will reconvene to the Conference and Recreation Center, located at 14075 Frederick Street, Moreno Valley, California, 92553, for the State of the City presentations by the City Council.
