The issues that will be considered at the Continued Appeal Hearing include: 1) Encroachment and Property Rights, 2) Traffic, Access, and Flow, 3) City Approval and Required Documentation, 4) Misrepresentation of Purpose, and 5) Insufficient Information on the Site Plan.
