Why do you wish to serve on this Board and/or Commission? Being a passionate and dedicated civil servant it's my extreme pleasure and comittment to serve this rich and amazing City of Moreno Valley.
Furthermore, I want to ensure the best decisions are made to enhance the beauty and attraction of our city.

The Planning Commission is a fascinating discipline that oversees development and zoning within the city.
The Environmental & Historical Preservation Commission focuses on the rich heritage, culture and environmental landmarks of the richly diverse, City of Moreno Valley.
What do you hope to accomplish by your participation?
I hope to accomplish the goals and expectations of the residents within City of Moreno Valley, and Mayor Ulises Cabrera, Additionally, I want to assist the commission in anyway I can to elevate the city to national prominence.

I'm particularly keen on the diverse dimensions of Planning; Environmental & Historical Preservation commissions.
I'm a multidisciplinarian who has significant years of experience working within municipal (county) government.
I've a lot of knowledge and leadership to offer my selected commissions which will have a significant impact on the City of Moreno Valley.

I hereby agree to attend all board or commission meetings, unless excused, and understand that I may be removed for lack of attendance, pursuant to Municipal Code, Subsection 2.06.010(C) which states, "If a member is absent without advance permission of the board or commission or of the appointing authority, from three consecutive regular meetings or from 25% of the duly scheduled meetings of the board or commission within any fiscal year, the membership shall thereupon become vacant and shall be filled as any other vacancy."
