RESOLUTION NO. 2025-____
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MORENO VALLEY, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING OFFER OF
DEDICATION OF LOT P MADE ON TRACT NUMBER 3016
FOR PUBLIC ALLEY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, offer of dedication for public use for alley purposes was made within Tract No. 3016, but not accepted at such time of Map recordation; and WHEREAS, it is now in the City’s interest to accept the offer of dedication for public alley purposes over Lot “P” of Tract No. 3016, more particularly described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and made a part hereof, as part of the City’s maintenance system to facilitate proper access and maintenance; and WHEREAS, the above-described property constitutes only a portion of the real property interests offered for dedication , and the City’s acceptance is limited solely to Alley purposes; and the remaining unaccepted portions of the offers of dedication shall remain available for acceptance by future action of the City Council, should such acceptance be desired; and
NOW, THERE FORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MORENO VALLEY, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The offer of dedication of Lot P made within Tract No. 3016 is hereby accepted for public alley purposes.
2. The City Clerk shall certify to the acceptance of said property and cause said certification to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Riverside together with this Resolution.
