SUMMARY

This report includes the Art Commission’s recommendation that City Council review and consider approval of changes to the Art Loan Policy #4.04. Currently, the Art Loan Policy #4.04 only allows Moreno Valley residents to submit applications to display their works of art. Expanding eligibility will help the Public Art Program grow and increase art visibility.
