That the City Council:
1. Receive and file Payment Register
SUMMARY
The Payment Register is an important report providing transparency of financial transactions and payments for City activity for review by the City Council and the residents and businesses in Moreno Valley. The report is posted to the City’s website as soon as it is available. The report is included in the City Council agenda as an additional means of distributing the report.
The payment register lists in alphabetical order all checks and wires in the amount of $25,000 or greater, followed by a listing in alphabetical order of all checks and wires less than $25,000. The payment register also includes the fiscal year-to-date (FYTD) amount paid to each vendor.
