A. CALL TO ORDER
The Closed Session of the City Council of the City of Moreno Valley, Moreno Valley Community Services District, City as Successor Agency for the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moreno Valley, Housing Authority , Moreno Valley Public Financing Corporation, Moreno Valley Public Financing Authority, Board of Library Trustees, and the Moreno Valley Community Foundation Board of Directors was called to order at 4:06 p.m. by Mayor Pro Tem Gonzalez in the Council Chamber located at 14177 Frederick Street, Moreno Valley, California. *Mayor Pro Tem Gonzalez announced that the City Council receives a separate stipend for CSD meetings

The City Attorney announced Closed Session items D.1 through D.5. Item D.6 was pulled from the agenda as it had been inadvertently included and required no discussion.
Mayor Pro Tem Gonzalez recessed the City Council to the Training Room, second floor, City Hall, for their Closed Session at 4:12 p.m.
Mayor Cabrera reconvened the City Council in the Council Chamber from their Closed Session at 5:27 p.m.
E. REPORT OF ACTION FROM CLOSED SESSION, IF ANY, BY CITY
ATTORNEY
City Attorney Steven Quintanilla stated due to time constraints, items D.1 -D.4 were continued to the next meeting. There was no reportable action on item D.5 and item D.6 was pulled at the City Attorney's discretion.
F. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council, Mayor Cabrera adjourned the meeting at 5:28 pm.
