NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Closed Session Meeting of the City Council of the City of Moreno Valley and affiliated Boards is hereby called to be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026, commencing at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 14177 Frederick Street, Moreno Valley, California, 92552, for the purpose of discussing the following matter:
