A. CALL TO ORDER
The Closed Session of the City Council of the City of Moreno Valley, Moreno Valley Community Services District, City as Successor Agency for the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moreno Valley, Housing Authority, Moreno Valley Public Financing Corporation, Moreno Valley Public Financing Authority, Board of Library Trustees, and the Moreno Valley Community Foundation Board of Directors was called to order at 4:01 p.m. by Mayor Cabrera in the Council Chamber located at 14177 Frederick Street, Moreno Valley, California. *Mayor Cabrera announced that the City Council receives a separate stipend for CSD meetings

Mayor Cabrera opened the public comments portion of the meeting for items listed on the agenda only. There being no members of the public to come forward to speak, he closed the public comments.

Mayor Cabrera recessed the City Council to the Training Room, second floor, City Hall, for their Closed Session at 4:02 pm.
Mayor Cabrera reconvened the City Council in the Council Chamber from their Closed Session at 5:27 pm.
E. REPORT OF ACTION FROM CLOSED SESSION, IF ANY, BY CITY
ATTORNEY
City Attorney Steven Quintanill a announced that there is no reportable action for Item D.1. However for Item D.2, there was reportable action on one of the two matters "The City Council voted 4 -0, with Mayor Cabrera, Mayor Pro Tem Gonzalez, Councilmember Baca -Santa Cruz, and Councilmem ber Delgado, voting yes, with Councilmember Barnard absent, to authorize the City Attorney to seek the judicial appointment of the receiver to address the multiple code violations and state housing code violations at the Segovia Apartment complex".
F. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council, Mayor Cabrera adjourned the meeting at 5:28 pm.
