This meeting is a hybrid meeting, with public participation available in person, by phone, or online via two-way audio or video.
How to Join by Telephone
1. Call (951) 413-3001 at the meeting time.
2. When prompted, enter Meeting ID 840 0142 7567 and Passcode 122823.
3. If you wish to speak during public comment, dial *9 to raise your hand.
4. When your name or phone number is called, dial *6 to unmute.
5. State your name for the record and begin your comments.
How to Join Online
1. Ensure your device has a functioning microphone.
2. Visit www.zoom.us/join in your web browser.
3. Enter Meeting ID 840 0142 7567 and Passcode 122823.
4. Enter your first name, surname, email address, and click join.
5. If you wish to speak, use the Zoom “Raise Hand” feature.
6. When it is your turn to speak, you will be prompted to unmute yourself. S tate your name for the record and begin your comments.
In Person
If you wish to speak, submit a speaker slip to the City Clerk.
Speaking Order and Timing
• In-person speakers will be called first, followed by remote speakers. • Each speaker will have three (3) minutes, unless otherwise directed by the Mayor. • Phone participants will not see a timer and should track their own time.
