hotspots of illegal
dumping across the
City of Moreno Valley
(population 213,919,
U.S. Census 2024),
based on recent
Maintenance and
Operations data.

Concentrations are
visible along
Sunnymead
Boulevard, Frederick
Street, Eucalyptus
Avenue, Heacock
Street, and in
freeway-adjacent
areas near SR-60 and
I-215, many of which
are within
Disadvantaged
Communities (DACs)
identified through the
California Office of
Environmental Health
