NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Moreno Valley and affiliated Legislative Bodies is hereby called to be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026, commencing at 8:00 am in the Moreno Valley Conference & Recreation Center located at 14075 Frederick Street, Moreno Valley, CA, which will reconvene in the ballroom for the State of the City presentations by the City Council.
