3. If you wish to speak during public comment, dial *9 to raise your hand.
4. When your name or phone number is called, dial *6 to unmute.
5. State your name for the record and begin your comments.
How to Join Online
1. Ensure your device has a functioning microphone.
2. Visit https://moval.zoom.us/j/86080439716 in your web browser.
3. Enter Meeting ID 860 8043 9716.
4. Enter your first name, surname, email address, and click Join.
5. If you wish to speak, use the Zoom “Raise Hand” feature.
6. When it is your turn to speak, you will be prompted to unmute yourself. State your name for the record and begin your comments.
In Person
If you wish to speak, submit a speaker slip to the City Clerk.
Speaking Order and Timing
• Speakers will be called in the order they are received. • Each speaker will have three (3) minutes, unless otherwise directed by the Mayor. • Phone participants will not see a timer and should track their own time.
