CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Constantine called the City Council Goal Setting Workshop to order at 1:00 p.m.

1. CITY COUNCIL GOAL SETTING WORKSHOP
Recommendation:
1. Review and discuss results of City Council's Myers-Briggs Type Indicator;
2. Review 2021 Accomplishments;
3. Review and discuss City Council Norms, Policies, and Protocols;
4. Review and discuss 2020-2021 Strategic Priorities Work Plan and Council Follow-up/Future Business Items;
5. Review and discuss 2022-2023 Sustainable Morgan Hill, including Vision, Ongoing Priorities, and Strategic Priorities; and
6. Receive updates on budget, development projects, and upcoming work plan items.
City Manager Christina Turner introduced Dr. Shawn Spano, who facilitated the workshop.

The leadership team introduced themselves and shared an accomplishment from their department.

Day two of the goal setting workshop was called to order at 9:02 a.m.
City Manager Christina Turner started the morning off with an ice breaker.

4 Dr. Shawn Spano summarized the Council's discussion about Sustainable Morgan Hill from the previous day.
City Manager Christina Turner and Finance Director Dat Nguyen went through the Fiscal Sustainability portion of the agenda.
